Free Initial Consultation

Our team offers a free initial consultation to discuss your exact needs, concepts, budget and timeline. We also explain our design process and answer any questions or concerns you may have for your dream home so that your experience is as stress free as possible.

Estimate & Contract

When you’re 100 per cent happy with the all the information provided during the free consultation, we would start the contract process and give you a estimate for the overall construction. We will then guide you through the contractual procedures in a timely manner.

Architecture & Design

We coordinate with our team of highly skilled and talented architects to design a home that is exactly what you envision. In your consultation with us, we consider everything – your lifestyle requirements, your family’s wish list and, your budget. We begin drafting designs, working closely with you to ensure they fulfill all aspects of your creative ideas.

City Plan & Approval

With your design agreed, we take care of all the contract documents and begin by obtaining all the required permits and submit the plans to your city hall for planning approval.

Selections

Now we turn our attention to the interior and exterior design of your home – this is where you get to choose what goes into your house. We work closely with you, taking time to explain all of the elements you need to consider. From all the interior/exterior color selections right down to all of the finishes.

Final/Completion

Once everything has been completed, we will do a final walk thru the house. All technical information will be provided to the home owner. Any questions or concerns you may have we would gladly help and assist you. Congratulations! Your dream home is complete!
